In a hyper-connected world, we all need to become leaders and take on the responsibility to be well-informed. Today, we have all the tools to actively participate in global policy making. Maybe it’s time to change the definition of leadership to “being willing and able to address a perceived situation.” This applies to anyone, on whatever level they are on, in whatever country around the globe.
Our current “leadership” should focus on obsoleting itself and providing transparency and education so that each person in the world can become crew instead of a passenger on spaceship earth.
Maybe we need to change the memepool and its’ underlying physical structure i.e brain:
